Climate Dinner #3: Decarbonizing the build environment

Topic: Decarbonization the build environment

Location: London, UK

Date: April 8th

Registration Link: https://forms.gle/cFDPq3jZ7y4fReeY7

Goals: The built environment accounts for over 40% of GHG emissions. From innovative technologies to scaling simple solutions like heat pumps, there is a lot of work to be done. Join us this week as we bring together founders, operators, and investors in the space for a close group dinner

Post event notes: We had 7 attendees across the built environment. We heard about the key lessons learnt and paths moving forward from Europe’s top built environment investor. We celebrate a startup’s recent Innovate UK grant as they build the next generation of aerogel based insulation materials. Another startup founder in the home insulation/heat pump space look back great pointers as they work on their innovate UK grants. One of our founder is currently raising a series A and we are excited for them to close to their round soon.
